Cybercrime committed on children with the prevention of socially pathological phenomena at the local level

The aim of bachelor thesis is to map the forms of cybercrime committed against children in selected primary schools with subsequent cybercrime prevention as a socially pathological phenomenon. A partial goal of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the level of experience and awareness of children about cybercrime. The theoretical part covers the explanation of individual terms, such as cybercrime, cyberspace, forms of cybercrime, prevention of socially pathological phenomena and subjects of prevention and the interconnection of relations between these areas. The practical part concerns quantitative research. The research group consisted of children from selected primary schools in the locality of Kaplice. The empirical part is focused on finding out the occurrence of various forms of cybercrime in children in primary schools, finding out awareness and experience with this issue. This work includes the results of research, focusing on research issues, with which forms of cybercrime primary school students meet or have met and how and by whom they are educated about the issue.

The diploma thesis The use of bibliotherapy in the prevention of socially pathological phenomena in adolescents focuses on the use of bibliotherapy as a therapeutic tool for the prevention of socially pathological phenomena, specifically substance abuse. The target group are adolescent students with some form of social disadvantage. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first part is theoretical and mentions important developmental milestones that may be related to the issue of substance abuse in adolescents. It also defines the basic theoretical basis for the prevention of socially pathological phenomena and their legislative entrenchment. It also summarizes the basic knowledge about bibliotherapy and possible specifics of its use in adolescents. Preventive activities in the context of social work with youth at risk and their implementation in the Salesian Youth Center´s Low-Threshold facility in České Budějovice.

The diploma thesis is focused on preventive activities in the context of social work with youth at risk and their implementation in NZDM (low-threshold facility for children and youth) at SaSM-DDM ČB (Salesian Centre for youth-children and youth centre in České Budějovice). The aim of the thesis is based on research and on available literary sources to mapp the development of preventive activities in NZDM at SaSM-DDM ČB, their functionality and consequences in efficiency on social environment and social functionality of clients of NZDM. The research was carried out by a qualitative method, using semistructured interviews. In the thesis, there is the term "low-threshold" specified, focusing on the NZDM. The thesis defines the topic of prevention of social failure and of preventive activities directed from employers towards employees. The work also presents the social pathological phenomena that occur in the target group of NZDM at SaSM-DDM ČB. Also, the target group of NZDM at SaSM-DDM ČB is discussed in the context of its life situation. Finally, there are ethical dilemmas related to preventive activities or the legal obligation of NZDM. Almost the entire period of function of the NZDM at SaSM-DDM ČB was mapped in this thesis and it was concluded that the preventive activities are still developing and responding to the needs of clients.

Leisure time activities of children at primary schools as prevention of socially pathological phenomena

The bachelor thesis is focused on social pathological phenomena and the leisure time. It defines the context between the emergence of socially undesirable phenomena and the leisure time activities of pupils at the first stage of primary school. The first part describes leisure time, its importance and utilization, the environment affecting the child and the most common social pathological phenomena in the period of the younger and middle school age. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out whether the way of spending leisure time influences the emergence of the risky behaviour that was detected by the anonymous questionnaire survey.

The prevention of the extreme social exclusion

The Diploma thesis the Preventation of the extreme social exclusion is focused on the issue of the long-term homelessness. Using available literature it tries to find information explaining the consequences of the depressive life condition in the form of the extreme social exclusion and life without any home. Furthermore the thesis is focused on the homelessness as a multifactorial pathological phenomenon. The Diploma thesis is therefore focused on the specific terms, facts and consequences connected with the condition of the long-term homelessness. The theoretical part is concentrated on the study of the human needs based on the humanistic conception of a personality and Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Moreover the text describes the methods of the help during the social work with the homeless people and introduces social services according to the monitoring of the needs of the people in the long- term social exclusion. Another part of the thesis is dedicated to the social services in the capital city Prague. The practical part is focused on the needs of the homeless people. The needs and the applicability of the available social services were inquired with the means of interviews, studies of the documentation and observing in the community of homeless people.

Primary prevention programs and their impact on elementary school students.

This bachelor Theses examines the impact of primary prevention programs, which are implemented in primary schools in town of Litomeřice. Bachelor Theses tries to find out the effectiveness and usefulness of these programs during the lessons in primary schools. Theoretical part of the work focuses on definition basic terms and the development of primary prevention of risk behaviours. Also discuss the importance of preventive work and programs of primary prevention of their content and objectives. The work describes the external primary prevention programs which are established and implemented by Educational and Psychological Counselling in town of Litoměřice. And also programs which are implemented by Town of Litoměřice in cooperation with the local police and discusses cutting width of these programs. The empirical part of the work focuses on evaluation of data collected through research among primary school pupils in town of Litoměřice. Research was conducted in the external primary prevention program which named "Safe on the Internet". This program was implemented by Educational and Psychological Counselling in town of Litoměřice. Demands on Competencies of Lectors of Adaptation Courses for High School

This Bachelor thesis discusses demands on competencies of lectors of adaptation courses for high schools. The object of the thesis is to assemble a list of competencies that a lector should dispose of to be able to attain the goals of the adaptation course. The thesis presents the concept of adaptation courses and differents ways of their realisation. It also disserts on the competencies and the advantage of their utilization and presents two competency models that concern the profession of an adaptation course lector. With the use of relevant literature it identifies the main goals and principles of an adaptation course and the competencies they imply. Preventing social pathologies in employment relations (for example the employer)

This bachelor thesis deals with the problems concerning the prevention of social pathologies in employment relations. The first part defines the key forms of pathological behaviour mobbing, bossing, staffing. The thesis then shows the causes and strategies of these pathological phenomena and the consequences of mobbing on several levels personal and economic. Different forms of prevention used by companies in order to avoid these social pathologies are shown in the theoretical part of this thesis. The practical part focuses on an analysis of the effectiveness of prevention in a specific company. Data are obtained through half-structured interview with the manager of the company and through the questionnaires. The survey results find that prevention in the company is effective. The conclusion suggests the measures of how to improve current state of prevention. Proposals for changes concern - the method of remuneration and assessment, raising awareness of the existence of mobbing among employees, and the establishment of regular company meetings that deal with working environment.

Questions of primary prevention in school environment

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of primary prevention of social pathological phenomena which are a menace to both, school and general environment. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on general characteristics of prevention and social pathological phenomena. The practical part is based on a form of questionnaires which are specified for pupils of the 9th forms of the elementary school and for the region which I have used for my research of the primary prevention. The results are processed in Microsoft Excel and they are shown in graphs. It would be also interesting to apply this research at high schools.
